Empowering Special Education Through CSR Support
On February 25, 2025, Noor-e-Sehar Special Education School (NSSES) proudly hosted a high-profile delegation featuring Lt. Gen (Retd) Anwer Ali Hyder, Managing Director of Fauji Foundation, along with Mr. Faheem Haider, MD of Mari Energies, and Mr. Jahangir Piracha, MD of Fauji Fertilizers. Their visit was part of ongoing efforts to evaluate and strengthen Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in the field of special education and disability empowerment.

Visit Highlights
The guests were warmly received by Principal Muhammad Shafi, with a heartfelt welcome by two NSSES students who presented flower bouquets. Ms. Sana Ahsan, Academic Coordinator, presented an in-depth briefing about the school’s operations, student placement by disability type, facilities, and long-term goals.
The delegation visited several classrooms, interacted with students, and observed the commitment of the teaching and therapy staff. The visitors expressed great satisfaction with the quality of education, rehabilitation services, and inclusive learning environment provided by NSSES.
Recognition and Rs. 25 Million Grant Announcement
In his remarks, Lt. Gen (Retd) Anwer Ali Hyder commended the NSSES team for their outstanding work in inclusive education and special needs support. Recognizing the school’s positive impact, the delegation announced a generous grant of Rs. 25 million to further enhance facilities and services. The Principal was requested to submit a detailed utilization plan to ensure sustainable and effective use of the funds.
